Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website at ewagentryinsulation.com or by requesting services from Ewa Gentry Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this website or request our services.

Description of Services

Ewa Gentry Insulation is a licensed insulation contractor based in Ewa Gentry, HI. We provide residential and commercial insulation services including, but not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, vapor barrier installation, air sealing, and related services.

All services are performed in Ewa Gentry and surrounding communities in west Oahu, Hawaii. Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a completed on-site assessment.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free on-site estimates. A written estimate will be provided before any work begins. Estimates reflect the scope of work discussed at the time of assessment and are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.

Estimates may be revised if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the assessment, or if material or labor costs change before work begins. We will notify you of any changes before proceeding.

An estimate is not a guarantee of final price. Final pricing is confirmed in a written contract or work order signed by both parties before work commences.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Appointments for estimates and project work are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment. Contact us at (808) 215-8568 or info@ewagentryinsulation.com.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, crew availability, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the written contract or work order for each project. Payment is generally due upon completion of the work unless a deposit or payment schedule has been agreed upon in writing in advance.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated to you at the time of contracting. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written contract.

By accepting a written estimate and authorizing work to proceed, you agree to pay the agreed price upon completion according to the specified payment terms.

Warranty Disclaimers

We stand behind the quality of our work. Any warranty on workmanship will be specified in your written contract. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the individual product manufacturer and are not extended or expanded by Ewa Gentry Insulation.
